1. All fees will be charged based on the name of the first author/presenter (per paper).

2. One registration per paper. Please fill another form for additional paper submitted.

3. Fees for those participate as audience/co-author is the same as above (per person).

PAYMENT METHOD

           

Registration fees may be paid either by Bank Draft /Electronic Transfers/Direct Bank Transfer (in RM or USD). Payment should be made to “ Bendahari UiTM Perak ” via  Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad :-
